Description
Recycled glass media is generated from spherical soda lime glass that has been hardened. It can be used on a variety of materials, such as glass, rubber, metal (including stainless steel and aluminum), plastic, etc. It is used widely due to its affordability considering its reachability in smaller or tighter areas of the surface that are harder to sandblast. Recycled glass media is flexible in such a manner that clears up a variety of imperfections, such as paint removal, corrosion and burrs, generating a clean finish with a very minimal amount of dust. Recycled glass media provides a smooth finish on the surface, cleaning, deburring, and improving corrosion resistance.
Recycled glass media is recommended for sandblasting aluminum, metal and stainless steel.
